Return and Refund Policy

• There will be no returns accepted on products which have been opened, tried, or used. 
• If the product is defective or missing parts, we will work with you for a positive solution, without any additional inconvenience.
• There are some products which the manufacturer does not seal or come from a larger kit which all products are not sealed.  These products are all new and we cannot be responsible for how the manufacturer packages their products
• We are a small business and if you are trying a product for the first time it is best to buy from a source which offers a 30-day bottom of the jar guarantee. 
• We only accept returns on products which are shipped back to us (please pack carefully) in the condition we sent them to you.

              You will receive a refund less shipping costs as we don't receive those costs, as they go to the Post Office.       

• You will receive a tracking # with all orders.  Once the item leaves our possession, we have no control over the Post Offices delivery time. In most cases you will receive you product on or before the specified arrival time, but if there is an error with the Post Office, we have no control over it but will work with you to ensure that any late deliveries are resolved
